Back on the Ice…

This year seems to be following the theme of Ice… we’ve been involved in many activities related to Ice Sports and Adventures…

We had the pleasure of photographing the Alwa Cup 2014 on March 22nd, 2014… teams from Hungary, Italy, France and all corners of Germany converged on Egetrans Arena in Bietigheim-Bissingen… eight teams competed in round robin groups and got the chance to play on the same ice as the Bundesligia 2nd Division Bietigheim Steelers…

Watching the Ice Hockey stars of the future was very impressive… personally I’d be happy just standing upright… as they ducked and weaved their way around the rink, it was hard to remember that they are only 10-11 years old (and both Boys and Girls under the body armour)…
